Trebi\u0161njica flows through Gata\u010dko field (Mu\u0161nica and Gra\u010danica) Cerni\u010dko field (Klju\u010dna River) and Fatni\u010dko field. The River Fatni\u010dka emerges in strong springs near Bile\u0107a, where Trebi\u0161njica is formed. The Trebi\u0161njica River emerges as the spring of the River Ombla near Dubrovnik, and the largest part flows off underground into Neretva River.
