Slatina Spa
Situated within the recreational and rehabilitation center of the same name, at 216 meters above sea level, Slatina Spa boasts abundant thermal mineral water springs. These springs have likely contributed to the area’s long history of habitation, as evidenced by archaeological findings and Roman coins discovered at the Slatina spring. The first scientific study of the mineral water quality was conducted by Professor Ludwig in 1888. In addition to the spa water, the region features the “Kiseljak” drinking water spring, also known since Roman times.
The spa is surrounded by beautiful wooded terrain offering a variety of excursion options. Within the spa complex, there are well-maintained sports facilities. The modern treatment program at Slatina Spa provides a wide range of physical therapies, including thermotherapy, phototherapy, electrotherapy, magnetotherapy, laser therapy, vascular therapy, hydrotherapy with mineral waters, underwater massages and bathing in an indoor pool.
