We participated in the Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region

Mr. Marko Radić, Head of the Promotion Sector at the Tourism Organisation of Republika Srpska, participated as a panelist in the session titled: “Eco-Culture in Motion: Green Tourism Initiatives as Part of the Sustainable Danube Network.” He was joined by domestic colleagues and representatives from Greece, Estonia, Croatia, Slovenia, and Romania.

During his address, he spoke about the importance of gastronomy for a destination, its role as a common identity for all people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and highlighted projects such as the “Herzegovinian House” and “Krajina House” (traditional food stores/hubs).

Bosnia and Herzegovina hosted representatives from 14 countries, the European Commission, and regional initiatives at the 14th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR).

Over the past few days, partners from the Danube Region and the EU, along with more than 500 participants, discussed sustainable development, connectivity, and the European future.
